EXCELLENT TAXI FIRM! Unlike others, they tell the truth of your taxi is "just around the corner" plus u have the benefit of their app what is in REAL TIME so ya can see before you book if there's one nearby! Taxi driver was great, funny and had a sense of humor, unlike rival firms who are just miserable, idol fat pigs! Thank you Appy cabs!!!! This ia now my only choice of taxi firm!!

Drivers are nice but the app is terrible! Tells you the wait time is 10 mins and 30 mins later your still waiting for a driver. I've had to cancel 7 Taxis in the last few weeks because of it and use other firms. Other than that they seem decent, however if you need to call them it's only a voicemail box.

what's the point in booking a taxi for a certain time, only for the app to start searching for a diver when you are ment to be in the taxi already. This absolute joke made me late for my appointment! I wanted a taxi here for 9.15 not start looking for a driver at 9.15 and wait 10 minutes looking for a driver.
