EXCELLENT TAXI FIRM! Unlike others, they tell the truth of your taxi is "just around the corner" plus u have the benefit of their app what is in REAL TIME so ya can see before you book if there's one nearby! Taxi driver was great, funny and had a sense of humor, unlike rival firms who are just miserable, idol fat pigs! Thank you Appy cabs!!!! This ia now my only choice of taxi firm!!

Recently booked a taxi at 4pm to pick me up at 5:15pm, and it still wasn't here by 5;30pm so I phoned up n had to cancel it as it was going to be another 5-10 minute's at least n I was going to miss the chemist n I ended having to go on my bike and got soaked, and I'm now full of a cold. They are always short of driver's. The drivers they have got are really good n friendly they just don't have enough of them

Drivers are nice but the app is terrible! Tells you the wait time is 10 mins and 30 mins later your still waiting for a driver. I've had to cancel 7 Taxis in the last few weeks because of it and use other firms. Other than that they seem decent, however if you need to call them it's only a voicemail box.
