Arctic Habit: Study Timer

Arctic friends are trapped in thick ice. Only your focus can melt it.

Arctic Habit is a study timer and focus timer that turns every session into your own growing Arctic island. Use it like a Pomodoro timer, track your study time with stats and charts, and block distracting apps with Deep Focus. The more you focus, the more your Arctic comes alive.

How it works
• Pick a focus time from 10 to 180 minutes and choose a friend or decoration to free.
• Focus while the ice slowly melts. A countdown notification shows the time left, even on the lock screen.
• Finish the session to free your friend. Ten minutes wakes a baby penguin; two hours frees a whole penguin family. Stop early and your friend stays in the ice.
• After a session you can watch an ad to double that session's Focus Ice. It's always optional.

Grow your island
• Place penguins, seals and orcas, and decorate with an igloo, a tree, flowers and a bench.
• Earn Focus Ice every 10 minutes. Turn snow into ocean and back, and spend 200 Focus Ice to grow your island to 7×7.
• Seals join after 10 hours of focus or two friend invites; orcas after seven friend invites.
• Rewards follow fixed tiers. No random draws.
• Your island's day and night follow your device's clock.

Focus better
• Focus sounds: gentle rain, calm waves, Arctic wind and white noise, plus lo-fi and piano music. They keep playing when the screen locks.
• Deep Focus locks other apps while you focus. Phone, Messages, Clock and Settings stay open. It uses Android's accessibility permission only to see which app is open in front, and it never reads what's on your screen.
• Tag your sessions — study, workout, work — to see where your time goes (two tags free).
• Streaks, day/week/month/year charts, monthly and yearly summaries, and a day-by-day session history.

Arctic Pro (subscription)
• Plan with To-Dos and start focusing on one right away. Unlimited tags.
• My Focus Insights: focus by tag, a six-month focus grid and your golden hours.
• Double Focus Ice without ads, an aurora over your island, and an orca after your first payment — no invites needed.
• Save the apps Deep Focus allows as presets.
• Monthly or yearly plans with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is made through Google Play. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in Google Play. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Your account and data
• Sign in with Google or a one-time email code.
• Your island and focus history are saved on your device and backed up to your account, so they come back when you reinstall the app or switch phones, even from an iPhone if you signed in there with Google or email.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
