This app never functions well. I booked and paid for a return ticket online, wanted to choose seats for my flight but each time I type in my PNR number and surname it kept on say "You must supply valid combination for PNR search". Very, very annoying. Deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same issue. Used Google and chrome and I kept on getting messages like "PNR not found"

Arik Airline is moribund and customer service non-responsive as at 2023. They withold customer refunds for months for services not rendered or cancelled flights.
