My reviews are to change the region to be short no need to writte united republic of Mwanza or United republic of kigoma. Only Mwanza Tanzania or kigoma Tanzania is enough. About payment people who stay and live in europe they want to pay for there family or for there self they will use Visa card to pay there ticket online. They don't need to buy ticket with dollar's make it more international to make it easy. Thanks

They refused to refund my tickets on grounds that the tickets were cheap. Caveat Emptor. No ticket is cheap. Money is money. No transparency in their policy. Please don't use thia airline. DO NOT!!

It was good until the last update Now I am forced to feed my details while booking meanwhile I am logged in with my account that has all the details unlike the previous version where I could tick it's me and just automatically feed all the necessary data

I arrived at Dubai Airport to catch my scheduled flight to Lagos, having received a confirmation email from Tarzan airline. However, upon arrival at the airport, I was shocked to be informed that Air Tanzania has not been in operation for over a month. It is extremely concerning and unacceptable that I received a confirmed booking for flights that they knew were not operating. This situation caused me significant inconvenience, emotional distress, and disruption to my travel plans. Terrible.
