Feb 2026 app update and no longer compatible with phone :(May 2022 no daily usage detail. Anyone else no longer seeing the super off-peak rate in the app, miss that.

So annoying the app makes me update monthly, and I have to reset my passcode after every update. What's the point of a passcode if I can't ever use it and have to reset it every month to pay my bill?

Every month the app forgets my biometrics and log in information forcing me to set it up every time I want to make a payment. I also have to keep re-adding my bank account. You would think that it would be in the best interest of the company to iron this out to facilitate quick payments.

APS app is broken and useless. The app refuses to allow you to log in with your username and password. Even though the exact same username and password work perfectly fine on the APS website. This is likely intentional. They sabotage the app to prevent people from paying their bills on time so that they can charge extra late fees.
