Feb 2026 app update and no longer compatible with phone :(May 2022 no daily usage detail. Anyone else no longer seeing the super off-peak rate in the app, miss that.

2 stars because it beats getting paper bills. However, this app is terribly optimized and always logs me out and asks me if I want to use biometrics every time it logs me out. Also, bombarding the user with messages when all they want to do is pay the bill is annoying too. Edit: 1 star. Lost my bank information, so I either pay by card with a fee or I need to find my account and routing information to set it up again. Terrible experience.

APS app is broken and useless. The app refuses to allow you to log in with your username and password. Even though the exact same username and password work perfectly fine on the APS website. This is likely intentional. They sabotage the app to prevent people from paying their bills on time so that they can charge extra late fees.

So annoying the app makes me update monthly, and I have to reset my passcode after every update. What's the point of a passcode if I can't ever use it and have to reset it every month to pay my bill?
