A confusing application with an unnecessary number of menus and multiple QR codes for the same ticket. There's a separate, perplexing seat reservation system. There are constant disputes and arguments with passengers about who has which seat and which seats are reserved for specific segments of the trip. It's possible you might have to change seats and argue with other passengers about them during the journey on the same bus

They sell more tickets than there are seats! I ended up sitting on the floor, and some people were standing. They claim to have comfortable seating, but in reality, the bus was overcrowded and not everyone had a place to sit. That might be bearable for a short trip, but this wasn’t a short trip.
