★★★★★ Easy to use. Saves me loads of time waiting for buses.

★★★★★ Accurate bus times displayed for all my local stops, has been great to use during lockdown to monitor bus times. However when trying to use the journey planner the whole page just freezes and I can't plan a journey, which is frustrating. UPDATE A workaround for journey planner freezing. I cleared the apps cache and data , which meant I lost all my favourite stops and had to put them back on, however the journey planner has worked flawlessly since then. So this might be worth a go

★★★★★ This app is really good and very helpful,as it tells me when the bus is arriving so saves precious time waiting around.

★★☆☆☆ App constantly freezes when trying to plan a journey. Often says buses are due, shows gps position on live map, but then they must be invisible as they pass the bus stop where you are cos they dont appear. So frustrating!!

★★☆☆☆ It's unusable, everytime I try and use journey planner it just completely freezes and crashes! Absolutely pointless having the app if I can't even plan out my journey.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work on my phone, each time I try to buy a ticket it takes me back to the app store to download the old Arriva app
