Dreadful service, not Solicitors they're just 'conveyances' and not even good ones. Slow, don't do what's been promised and cost us weeks & weeks. Nearly lost our house sale.

Rather useless. No updates at all on the app and then I get an email from Arrow, after sometimes months of zero communication from them. I'm unhappy with Arrow altogether, and regret being persuaded to use them rather than an independent conveyancing solicitors for my sale. The uselessness of the app reflects Arrow's performance overall - their ineptitude and laziness looks set to lose me both a tenancy (I'm selling up to rent) and, therefore, probably my sale too. Very unhappy.
