Asana Rebel: Get in Shape

★★★★★ This is absolutely one of the best apps I've ever subscribed to. It's easy to choose a practice within your time frame, skill level, strength and mood. All the yogis I've had have been fantastic so far, but I know that if there's every one I'm not crazy about, it's easy enough to just choose a different workout. This easily replaces a yoga studio for me.

★★★★★ Love the exercises...my flexibility and strength have improved in just 2 months. I however have issues with logging the workouts. The calendar is off by a day, and it does not log all of my workouts. But regardless of this small issue it is a fantastic app. I start my mornings with it every day 😁

★★☆☆☆ I'm a beginner, this is not beginner-friendly. The beginner sessions dive straight in, expecting you to already know positions, not explaining how you should be holding yourself, breathing etc. & the pace is fast, even on so-called "gentle/beginner" work-outs. Really disappointed, I'm literally minutes in, have tried starting 3 beginner workouts, hoping at least one, will explain what & how I should be doing things but felt overwhelmed & out of my depth, after just a moment or so. Not good.

★★☆☆☆ I'm revising my review due to their recent doubling of the price for a year subscription. It went from $35 a year to $72 a year. The support email they provided in the announcement email does not work and the cancel subscription link in the app has been disabled. Don't download this app! There are plenty of free yoga apps and channels to choose from.
