Great app to track your anxious moments. I really like the journal. The journal lets you track the intensity of your anxiety, the cognitive, emotional, physical, and behavioral aspects that you might be feeling. And it has guided questions that help you break apart your anxiety. It's a great tool to take to your therapist or to use on your own and track over time. Can't recommend this enough!
