Description

El Asistente TI, es una aplicación interna para Petróleos Mexicanos, que tiene como finalidad facilitarle a los usuarios de servicios de TI el reporte de fallas de servicios o solicitar nuevos de forma rápida, fácil y desde cualquier lugar, a través de su Smartphone.

Actualiza tu perfil en la aplicación las veces que lo requieras para que los especialistas de soporte puedan contactarte y ubicar de forma precisa donde proporcionarte el servicio.

Algunos de los servicios que puedes reportar a través de la app son: desbloqueo y cambio de contraseña de cuentas SAP, configuración y falla de extensión telefónica, falla física de PC, configuración y falla de correo electrónico, falla de radio trunking, falla de sistemas institucionales como SIIC, CONVOL, Portal Comercial, SIP, reseteo de password de dominio en caso de que lo hayas olvidado.

Además, puedes consultar el estado de tus solicitudes realizadas y aplicar filtros para ver solo las que están abiertas, cerradas, canceladas o todas.

Al término de atención de cada solicitud, podrás evaluar la calidad de nuestros servicio, mediante una sencilla encuesta, también podrás indicarnos si estás de acuerdo en que cerremos tu reporte o darnos tus sugerencias para mejorar.

Entérate oportunamente de los eventos relacionados a la disponibilidad de los servicios de TI a través de la opción “Avisos”.

No necesitas aprenderte otro usuario y password, ya que te conectas usando las claves con las que accesas a tu PC.

Periódicamente actualizaremos la aplicación con nuevas funcionalidades e incluiremos más servicios para proporcionarte una mejor experiencia.
