In July 2015 whole body of my wife got swelled(edema) and decided to consult with Dr. S. Balasubramaniam(MD,DNB NEPHRO) as per the dicission of doctor she was admitted at Apollo for the purpose of Renal Biopsy, I feel proud to say that the service of Apollo is excellent , it was given very good satisfaction at the behaviour of Nurse,Doctor, ward boy,they all very disciplinarian person.

This app is not connected to backed. Book any appointment but it doesn't show up in hospital records. Consequences are of course patient's liability?

Worst app, unable to login. Same credentials working in browser. Frustrated.

Had great difficulty getting an appointment which was only matched by the trouble I had while trying to reschedule and then finally cancel the appointment. Had to call support 3-4 times for rescheduling and cancelling the appointment. I was given a link which gave me an appointment at the wrong date. I was unable to reschedule even after multiple calls. I tried to do so using both the app and web client which were giving errors. I then get a call stating that the appointment has been rescheduled to an inconvenient date due to doctor unavailability. I then faced a similar ordeal trying to cancel my appointment. All this while I'm having a migraine episode for which I needed the appointment. Finally, ended up going to the hospital.
