I love the Assisi method, probably the best language learning method out there! I previously only used the book version but decided to try their e-method version for a language for which there was no book. So I tried the free version of the app and found it great. So I decided to buy the full version. The app is amazing, and it makes the learning process really enjoyable! The developer also went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with the app and this is much appreciated! Thank you!

How to restart from lesson 1? Resetting won't work, uninstall and reinstall also bring me back to lesson 13.

Greedy, buggy and very basic features. Recording/playback didn't work at all (no issue in any other app). Price is ludicrous and without paying you only get 7 very short lessons - almost nothing. Had to restart app after login when menu was blank, and I couldn't choose language. I then chose Mandarin and entering pinyin was a nuisance. Translating Mandarin to English meant pointlessly writing the English then grading it yourself. Whole thing doesn't feel ready for release, let alone taking money.

I bought a course on this app, and it simply doesn't work. When I try to log in, it says my account doesn't exist — even though I PAID for the course. I contacted Assisi, and they refused to help or refund me. The app is broken, the service is terrible, and the support is completely useless. Total scam feeling. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this app — it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any learning platform.

First time trying to open my language course and I get "Error opening document, unsupported format". And you want me to pay $100 for this? Glad there's a free trial, so you can learn early that nothing works
