After reading older reviews I was skeptical but the app is good, at least at this hospital. I imagine many of the complaints stem from the hospitals' commitment to maintaining and organizing the menu. My only complaint is that the formatting of the header, the app header is cut off by the phones standard header making back/confirm navigation difficult. Aside from this the app is intuitive to use and easy to navigate. I'm on a Pixel 7

Unusable if you have ANY type of diet or water restriction. Previous app (could be a different vendor) had counts built into the menu, so you could order food, just limited to approved options and salt/fluid counts. Now, if you are even tagged with a restriction, you can't even see the menu, let alone order anything. Everything grays out, and you have to call and order over the phone. So, the app is pointless, can't use it anyway. Who doesn't end up with some kind of restriction in the hospital?!

First, the hospital Wi-Fi didn't seem to work for this app, so I used my data plan, and then it offered me an activation code from the QR scan. After calling the kitchen and giving them the code it "seemed" to work. We got as far as a screen showing which day to order for but no menu! There was nothing to click on this screen as everything was grayed out. Just gave up. Useless app at this point. My phone is Galaxy S21 Ultra.
