Having everything so go, but I'm really disappointed with the language problem. Why only one language, please add alt east an international language (English) so everyone can use this app. On the other hand this app is really good but the language problem is so tough to use, I hope you and your team will work on this, thank you. Maybe my words sound rude, sorry. I'm saying this to have more space for betterment of app and the use. Like win-win for both sides. Thank you 😊

The platform does not verify its users. One has to be attentive to scammers. Buying and selling is straight forward but one never knows who is coming to your door to collect items you are selling. So giving out your address is always a risk.

Supporting scams and fake rating. When I offered to buy a product at the full price stated, via their So fort Kaufen function, i.e. NO reduction in price at all and just blank purchase, the user suddenly started proposing a higher price or that I "pick up the article" (although I pay for the delivery). Willhaben offers NO way for me to properly rate that user (as you can only rate if the "sell" (scam) succeeds). Willhaben, I want to love your platform, but this cannot be handled any worse!
