So far it's worked perfectly for my needs. I get alerts and can check over what the alert is to see if I need to sit at a computer. Also looking at devices lets me know the status of an outage.

The tickets don't work well on this. Typing on an android is not good. Can't even see what I'm typing. Really needs an overhaul. Tickets don't show who sent them. Just not good overall.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Tapping notifications doesn't work. It hasn't updated the filters with technicians who've been here for 9 months, so I can't see tickets assigned to them at all. Have to manually refresh ticket list because it always says "no tickets found" whenever you open the app. I will never use ATER again on the strength (or total lack thereof) of this app alone; a horrible user experience that extends to their web app.

Can't sign in! Web browser goes back to username login page, no errors, just a bug. Annoying
