So far it's worked perfectly for my needs. I get alerts and can check over what the alert is to see if I need to sit at a computer. Also looking at devices lets me know the status of an outage.

Nothing has changed except the logo, App is pointless and has been pointless for the last year or more. Really frustrating, no landscape for tablet, no overview, I want to quickly see things. Tickets do not show any pictures embedded in the ticket, so you miss a lot of info, nor does it show attachments. I can't even restart a device from the app or see an attached IT profile, can't add time to a ticket, no password manager. It's pointless in its present format

Barely functional. The login process is extremely tedious and buggy. Logging doesn't even work at all without chrome installed. Biometrics login is also buggy and fails more often than not, all of which is more infuriating because of the forced sign-outs. The app lacks a ton of features from its web counterpart, you're better off just opening the website and navigating through that on your phone instead.
