So far it's worked perfectly for my needs. I get alerts and can check over what the alert is to see if I need to sit at a computer. Also looking at devices lets me know the status of an outage.

Won't even let me log in. garbage app. Fails whenever you need it. Just like ATER itself

Very buggy. The most frustrating things are that you are nable to change ticket status in the app and the fingerprint sign in doesn't work (it claims it's already set up, when it isn't. I have to manually sign in each time)

Nearly useless. Constantly force logs you out of the app due to security alert triggers - and blocks the login until you log in with a special link sent to email, then after that re-login to the app. Support states this can be due to using a different device, Network changes, IP changes, or changes in location. This is an app for installation on a MOBILE device that will likely be moving locations, Networks, and IP addresses. Spend 5 minutes to log in just to spend 2 minutes updating tickets.
