I am using this for Cape Coral Fl Police. I am not receiving any notifications even though I can see incidents on the map. All the alerts and Push are toggled on and Notifications are allowed in the app settings. Can see zero settings to set a radius for notifications or anything else. Do you have to have the app on all the time? It should send you an SMS no matter what. The Help Center FAQ in the app is worthless. Not much value to me if it will not send a notification.

I have reloaded a dozen times.new. Password etc.when it 1st came out worked fine.now can't even get on. Also never sent code on phone. Then didn't do anything when I added code from email. Can not get on. What good is it. 0 stars right now.

I live in Jackson Tn. Monitored Jackson PD alerts on the map along with Memphis PD. Went good for months and informative. Now it quit showing anything for Jackson PD but shows map and incidents for Memphis PD. I have an android and my wife has an iphone. Jackson PD is still working fine on the iphone. Sent email to Atlas One help, no response!!! SAD!!! Good app when it worked!

Get a notification, and when it opens 5 seconds later, the app crashes. It's very annoying!
