Really great for finding what bus you need and what time is the bus

It's difficult to use it. The buses arrive before or after, according to journeys.

Super useful for checking the next arrival when the live tracking data works. I wish the journey planner factored in the live data. I always have to search -10 mins to check if it's still possible to catch something. Still waiting for NFC smart rider.

It's very useful to have access to live departure times. It takes the guesswork out of whether your bus is early or late.

When I plan a journey, if I open a different app and go back to the transport app, I have to start the whole plan for the journey again. Not very good if I'm trying to work out what time I get to my location. I'd hate to be a tourist trying to figure this out.

What horrible design, you can't see any trains or buses timetable until you search for it. Can you imagine being a tourist in a new city, and you can't find the train or bus because you don't know the names of the buses or train lines because the app doesn't show you the train or bus timetable until you type the name in?

Transport what is this? It doesn't work. Easy option just check the board at the bus stop as this app is completely useless a waste of a download and time.
