Very poor app. Gets worse with each upgrade. Fails to load offers, fails to move beyond page 1 of products, literally just buffers. Can't even change from 24 products per view to all products view as just buffers so unless you want to purchase something on page one you completely luck out.

Boots app is so SLOW, it keeps chasing. Difficult to navigate. Can't believe such a large retailer has such problems, I experience these issues' no where else 0/10. The whole Boots website, accounts and apps is absolutely awful Having to verify you are human on every single order. Not being able to update with email address even when you phone customer services. Its slow, it glitches and neither website nor app is fit for purpose.

Literally nothing loads, can't view offers, can't load offers, can't search for products, can't do anything other than view my points. Every time I update the app in the hopes of getting it working, it empties my basket and logs me out (not sure why - if it is capable of showing me my level of points, surely it knows which account it is?) When it did use to work, you could only use one filter at a time, making online shopping tedious. Desperately needs a save for later option in the basket.
