Overall the app is good. Sadly I've had issues with it working in store and missed out on offers and when scrolling through several pages, it can take you back to the beginning with no option to jump to a particular page.

Managed to make app harder to use in particular the way offers take up the whole screen I can't compare offers properly or know what is available or not.

Its very slow has many glitches. Still can't use points to pay for my order online. The wapsap helpline is useless give that zero rate. Then the app disappeared from phone and now l can't even see my loyalty card. It says l can't log into my own account as l am logged in on another phone!! I'm not... l wonder if It's to stop me using my loyalty points to pay.
