Very bad can't sign up my boots card no matter what I do telling me I need uk card but still the app says Republic of Ireland so annoying

Do not buy through the app! If you’re hoping to get discounts and extra points from your loaded offers, avoid using the app. They never apply automatically. I tested the exact same purchase on the website, and all discounts and extra points were applied instantly with no issues. On the two occasions I used the app I noticed the offers hadn’t been applied, and I had to contact customer service. Their response was that they would credit me the points and discounts as a gesture of goodwill. Pathetic

Constantly glitching. I used Klarna for a payment and boots app cancelled the order yet took €20 from my account 5 times through Klarna. So im €100 down and no order made 2 weeks before Christmas.

The app never works. Every time I open it, a table pops up saying the app needs to be updated. Once it's updated it still continues to do the same, therefore I can never use the app, and I miss out on offers.
