Initially had same problem as many on setup, but when all else failed I followed the instruction on the device to make sure it was fully charged first then it connected fine. Sound quality is good. It is handy having an Alexa device that doesn't have to be plugged in, but the trade-off is having to be close enough to tap it vs. voice activated.

Continuous Wi-Fi connection problems over and over again. I can only use it with Bluetooth connection. Definitely not plug and play.

Terrible app and awful product. Got it as a gift and pretty much can only use the speaker for Bluetooth. It won't connect to Wi-Fi no matter what I try. Looks like I'm not the only one with this problem judging by the vast majority of these negative reviews
