It works, but it is irritating having to log in for every session. The audio for me has too much bass compared to other methods of listening. A way of adjusting bass/ treble either in the app or audio link would be useful as would automatic Bluetooth connection.

Really cool app! Little confusing set up. But, with help it really works well. So glad I have it. Very easy to use and actually control your CI with your phone for different situations during your daily life. I highly recommend this app

It works under normal circumstances. But, why do I need to log in to this app in order to use my Audio Link for streaming? I understand the potential for metrics tracking, or to make sure I own a device (though why that would be a concern I have no idea), but how does this help me as a cochlear implant user? It means I can't stream audio unless I'm online. Power out? No streaming. Camping? No streaming. There's no practical reason for this limitation that I can see?

When this app is set to streaming the AudioKey2 app will not connect. Also, one cannot turn off the Audio Link device until streaming is toggled to "Off" twice on this app.

Constant requirement to login, cannot save a login. Requires active data plan (though Wi-Fi is fine) to stream from a phone (since you have to log in). Currently, cannot stream with an up-to-date pixel 3 Xl. Test sound works but will not stream from apps. Worked a few months ago. Update: so they fixed android 11 after a very long period of time. But now the app introduces a clicking noise while the app is open. Forced to use the dock and an audio cable. Force kill app and it stops the clicks.
