I'm SSD and have a Rondo 3 and Sonnett 2. In general this app works great. I have a couple issues with it though. When I switch from one processor to the other, I always need to re-pair the processor. More importantly, there should be a way to turn off the beep. Every time I change a setting, I hear a beep. In my case, the visual indicator is enough for me to know what's happening, and the beep gets annoying.

Looking to the future, it would be a big help if we could control the noise reduction settings (wind, ambient, transient, and automatic), the microphone direction settings, and the Audio Link and Telespule settings directly with the app ourselves. I see no reason why the audiologist has to do this for us. Finally, we need an easy way to go to flight mode using this app instead of having to turn the audio processor on and off three times in a row.

With Audio Link you can block out any sound from the outside except what is being streamed to your hearing aid (SONNET 2). It'd be amazing if the same can be done with Audio Stream. A tap on a widget lets you quickly start hearing only the streaming sound. Should be possible to implement since the tech/code is already there on Audio Link, or? Thanks in advance!

I am editing this review to 4 stars instead of 1. I was contacted by Audio Key representatives. I upgraded to Audio Key 3 and learned to switch my processers through Listening Settings. The problem was mostly my fault. But it is a bit confusing that you must go to Listening Settings and Refresh User Data to switch processers. I wish you could simply hold the icon. This could give you the option to switch processers.

Having a hard time pairing my sonnet 2, but it works yesterday when I got my new sonnet 2 device and now it is not working for streaming and phone to pair it.

I am upset that my phone Samsung S20 Ultra 5G does NOT support Audio stream nor Audio link. If I had known that sooner, I would have never gotten this type of phone. I would think ALL PHONES would be compatible. If u have a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G --DON'T GET IT. It doesn't work.

I just received new Sonnet 2 processors, and they will not connect to Audio key 2. Had no problem with my old processors. Phone indicates I am paired with the Sonnet 2, but still wi not connect. The rotting arrow on the Audio key 2 does not rotate at all.
