WR320... Easy setup, plays tidal perfectly and stored music off the phone. Sounds excellent with lossless Wi-Fi connection. Hooked up with aux to rca LR into a stereo receiver. So far so good 👍!

App works as expected, the negative responses are most likely caused by user error, as the initial connection of any speakers is only possible via a 2.4g Wi-Fi access point, and most modern routers don't split the 2.4g from 5g by default, this in turn requires the user to access their router configuration tool and split the access points manually.

Current version fairly stable. Great sound from 14/44 FLAC. Easy set-up.

Very very very difficult to connect speakers to Wi-Fi router No luck in connecting the speakers to my Wi-Fi router. I have emailed customer service, but they only told me the same thing the manual tells me to do. Tried reinstalling the app and resetting the speakers countless times. I am connected to the same Wi-Fi in the 2.4ghz frequency, so don't ask me to check it again. The app goes through configuring the connection and getting information but ends up failing always. Only option was to use it through direct Wi-Fi connection with the speaker or Bluetooth connection.

App is absolutely useless. One star to one too many. Unable to connect WS300 to Wi-Fi using the app. Managed to connect ok using phone settings. If I then run the app it's still trying to connect, although it is connected. You need the app to manage multiroom speakers but you can't get off the setup screen. Plays via Bluetooth ok.

Serious question, insults later, has anyone who worked on this app actually tried to use it? Fully set-up, all devices connected, account linked and Wi-Fi connection stable? Surprise! August Alink doesn't care, start again! And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. Got your own music? Psyche! Edit: I'm not sure it's possible to be connected to less music services than this app provides. I have a gramophone that's more modern.

Tune in Radio works perfectly with good audio quality. Tidal randomly stops playing buy good quality while playing. When I try to push music from my phone or music server, both through the Alink app and Media Monkey, there is this weird interference/alien kind of sound... fairly quiet but really annoying. Also, it randomly stops playing after 5 or 10 minutes, and I have to keep pressing play again. Would love if you could fix this because it was my main use for the WR320 box. Using 2.4GHz, have tried 3 different routers and all have the same interference.
