Comments on AUS Rain Radar - Old Bom Radar for Android

★★★★★ Phillip Tanner · Jul 9, 2026

Its very accurate, and excellent to check before you take the dog for a walk. 10-out-10

★★★★★ Richard Seymour-Wright · Aug 8, 2026

Very good app that draws the rain radar data from BOM, presents it very well.

★★★★★ A Google user · Aug 12, 2026

Elderley user. I find the layout of the current AUS rain radar to be far better than any other weather station

★☆☆☆☆ Vince Dwyer · Jul 21, 2026

Too many ads and totally unreliable. The original weather radar app was far more user-friendly and reliable for the regional areas.

★☆☆☆☆ PAUL SNADDEN · Jul 12, 2026

Since a recent update It's now an advertising page with a little bit of weather stop the frigging adverts or get deleted

★☆☆☆☆ Sheryl Pike · Sep 1, 2026

The old radar was better this shoes the past and not the future

★★☆☆☆ Rex Brampton · Aug 25, 2026

Was good for a while. Generally when you want to look at the radar you want it quickly, now you have to wait for ads to load and play out. An uninstallation, unfortunately.

★☆☆☆☆ Boomer · Sep 4, 2026

Doesn't work. Stuck on Hobart. Unable to change location.
