Vision has simplified my flight operations more than I expected. The airspace data is accurate, and I get my LAAC approvals in no time. No more worrying about accidentally flying into no-fly zones. Plus, the web-to-mobile sync for flight plans is incredibly convenient. This app is a must for anyone serious about drone flying.

Major safety concerns. I can go put a flight plan on a major airport and the app gives me 6 "rules" that don't pertain to the flight area (not to fly in NPS and wilderness etc.) and a green check mark "0 Advisories", and green go fly button. No warning at all that I am in a 0ft elevation no-fly area. Don't trust your safety or legal compliance with this app. If you try and get LAAC it will then flag the space, but why would your average user request LAAC if the app tells them no Advisories.

The Vision app, despite being FAA-authorized, has a serious flaw: it demands Bluetooth permissions to function. There's absolutely no reason an app designed for flight planning should need access to Bluetooth. This feels like a major security risk and an unwarranted overreach. The FAA should reconsider authorizing apps that request unnecessary permissions. Until this is fixed, DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
