OpenSky - App for Drone Flyers

★★★★★ Finally, a nice app and easy to understand for recreational flyers when and where the can fly. Wish FAA would design some nice apps like this. Tried many apps as FAA 107 pilot this is the best. Small bug you can't pull down the info menu in Android since it pulls down info settings first. Please fix

★★★★★ I prefer this over the other drone apps that I've tried. I'm a recreational flier, so I mainly use this to check location. It's quick and easy to use.

★★☆☆☆ No DJI mini 4 pro listed, not about to register with the FAA with a different drone type than I am using with a serial number for a mine 4 pro. App was updated Dec 2023, think they would have been current when updating.

★★☆☆☆ Panning on the map is very slow and impossible to control as it keeps trying to update whilst panning

★★☆☆☆ After putting in certificate number, it's asking last registration date!!!! Won't advance from there. Do I fly without approval??? Please reply and fix this issue

★★☆☆☆ I wanted to like this more than Autopilot. I like that it stores my drone info. And doesn't advertise insurance everywhere. But the competitor simply works better. I tried submitting LAAC auto approval here, and it kept giving me an error. Did it in the other app, instant approval. Also, the competitor app warned me about a nearby hospital helipad that this did not. This needs to just work. And well... So for now I'll stick with Autopilot. Hope to revisit this app and be proven wrong later!
