AVTA On-Request lets you book one time trips and view or cancel future rides. Plan your next ride on your phone. Use AVTA On-Request to request or schedule your on-request services, such as Dial-A-Ride and On-Request Microtransit.
The AVTA On-Request smartphone application lets you book personalized, express transit. Our technology will do the work to schedule professional transportation to fulfill your ride booking. You select a time that works for you, track your vehicle as it approaches, view driver and vehicle information to promote security, and view your ride in the app to gauge your ETA and make certain that your ultimate arrival time meets your needs. AVTA On-Request technology ensures that your ride will be fast and secure without ever being too crowded.
To get started, enter your phone number you have on file with AVTA. If your phone number is on multiple AVTA accounts or you have any trouble logging in, please call 855-833-8541 to get started.

It's not letting me sign in, and it does nothing when I go put my phone number than forgot password and this isn't the phone number I used with my gmail and I can't remember my old phone number because I. Don't. Have. My. Old. Phone. Number. I got a new one

(Three issues to address): 1) A ride is scheduled, the app won't allow return or new trips. Only same day rides can be scheduled. 2) all vehicles should have the AVTA markings visible. Passengers may approach and scare someone with a same type vehicle. 3) Micro Transit app disabled iif Dial A Ride app is installed. In the Micto Transit zone fare is $1.50. Dial A Ride (in Micro Transit zone) fare is $3.00 which is sort of fraud, and is definitely a $1.50 overcharge.
