You can request a trip using this app with transit agencies that use Pantonium’s EverRun On Demand Transit Solution. You will be required to enter your transit agency’s transit code to use On-Demand Transit - Rider App. Visit your agency's website if you aren't sure on what to enter.
Need to be somewhere important and on time? On Demand Transit enables you to select either a pick-up time or a drop-off time so that no matter your purpose - you can count on timely service. Just select which end of your trip is more important, and your on-demand transit service will take care of the rest.

I was confused at the start with Transit Code that I could not find. There is a dropdown arrow that I pushed and then just entered "regina" after this I was able to set up my account and was able to go to the booking section. I could not test the booking section because I don't use transit and I didn't want to make a fake booking, however all options were there, and I have no reason not to think it would work. Good job

Could be great, but I've had nothing but problems, I live in the St Albert service area and 1/5 times I have gotten it to work and have arrived at my chosen destination the rest of the time I've been left high and dry on st albert trail, the app instructs me to go to gate ave and st albert trail NORTH (stop #0376) but the bus seems to stop at either the south or north, and counts you as on board even if you ain't. Keep in mind st albert trail is a 6 lane main roadway you can't exactly skip across

I have booked multiple busses for pickup and if I'm lucky it's there 30 min after I needed it to arrive, regardless of when I booked it. Only once did it arrive early, coming 27 min before I needed it, ticking off the driver. If I didn't need this app to get home in st.albert, I would never use it. It needs to be changed to be more efficient, utilize all available buses, and make optimal bus routes to minimize wait time. Sadly, it does none of that well.

It was recommended by a state rep that I'd be safe using the app. I called the depot and a receptionist walked me through the app to cancel a ride. I'm using fixed routes unless the 5 mo trial pd goes in effect permanently... IDK!
