CONVENIENT Use your phone to tell Pierce Transit Runner where you are and where you want to go. We’ll take you there. To provide faster service, you’ll be paired with others heading in a similar direction.
FAST It just takes a minute to book your ride! The app will send you an approximate arrival time for your Pierce Transit Runner vehicle.
AFFORDABLE Pierce Transit Runner costs the same as a bus trip, and daily and 30-day passes are accepted. Pay your fare using ORCA, Transit app on your smartphone, or a paper pass. To pay using cash, visit one of the many ORCA retail locations or vending machines to convert your cash to E-Purse value. For more information on buying or using an ORCA card, visit myorca.com.

This is a great tool to help me get around Pierce County. The drivers are very professional and safe. The only thing that needs to change is the ability to set up trips. There is no way to do that in the app. It also won't allow you to even see where it runs until you are in the zones. I give it 75% out of 100%.

I had to cancel my ride today due to the GPS service used by Pierce Transit Runner giving shoddy directions to the unfortunate driver that put them in an endless perpetual loop. Pierce Transit itself is becoming more of a lackluster service these days!

The driver stopped about 1/2 mile from my pickup point. I could not walk to his location in time to get a ride. This service is useless.

App crashes constantly, rude drivers and useless customer service. FIX THE APP OR REMOVE THE PROGRAM ALL TOGETHER.

Work on the gps app the drivers use. It will tell the driver to drop the rider off in an unsafe spot. Also, please stop changing the zones. Since the start of this service, my home address has been in the zone now. When I request a ride home, it isn't anymore. At least give somebody notice that you are adjusting the zones again.
