After placed the order only I saw some negative reviews and ratings, and I was too afraid of the same may happen to me as well. nowadays these Service is not good. In app cylinder weight is mention 22 kg, but they deliver only 20 kg of cylinder and this cylinder are rusted no paint proper. And also I ordered/booked yesterday my cylinder and delivery time today was from 9 to 10am. But it's almost 3.30pm then also the cylinder is not delivered after contacting the driver.😡😡😡

I don't recommend this service as they waste your time and at the end they don't deliver the Gas Cylinder, they got me in trouble multiple times, very sad as this could be a great app if they consider to hire experienced staff and provide good service . You replied that you have delivered the order which is not true, I have all communication with your driver and can show this to the consumer protection authority, very bad service and attitude.
