Very bad experience we purchased the package of 800 mbps and its giving 60 mbps on my laptop with lan connected to it, they are showing in their we are getting the speed of 700 I checked with 2 phones and 2 laptop still less than 100 mbps. We said we don't want the connection if connection is this weak they said you still have to pay for router and sign the contract we argued with the customer care for more than 2 hours still there is no solution

Veey bad Requested to terminate my connection on 01/01/2025. But they charged two months more saying we didn't give back modem Very poor service in their customer service
