★★☆☆☆ The app is basic but honestly optus prepaid is an absolute rip-off and the cost of recharge gives you next to no data when some plans give you 100's of gb if not unlimited for even less money. they are robbing the poor

★★☆☆☆ Optus wouldn't help, my mother who is not well....purchased a voucher made a simple mistake, and they will not rectify it, they told me bad luck......so her monthly bill was $15 just for calls she doesn't need data. Now it's $35 monthly....$420 a year when it was only $180 a year, but when changes happened she was willing to pay the new $24 of 2 $12 fortnightly, but they want it weekly that's $48.... They won't fix a mistake it's too hard. WILL BE SENDING LETTERS TO A CURRENT AFFAIR to get justice.
