I have a new phone and am try to log in to My Optus with no success. I have forgotten my password, have entered my email address and date of birth as requested. Sign in page says not enough info what do I do?

Service is so slow of late (even with toggling airplane mode and restarting my phone and removing and reinserting the sim). Thinking of swapping to another telco provider

Paying optus bills in this app doesn't work. Hi Tim and thank you for your reply. When my optus app first came out, it was very easy to pay my bills. Once I updated 2 years ago ; I would input my card details, pressed "pay now" and will be loading forever and my payment wouldn't go through. I have made several complaints and only told that they can't do nothing. I had been using optus website to pay my bills as this optus app it's not working. Please fix this optus app to accept payments

The app is reasonable but the activation of a new Sim card as a Tourist after buying a Sim card and a $39 top up was a Nightmare. I eventually gave up and brought a Telstra Sim card and was able to set up that Sim card instead. Avoid Optus!!

I've already made the final payment and also that was done by my present provider so why are optus still think they are my provider its being 2 months since I changed my provider
