The app logged me out and every time I try to log back in it says that this option can't be completed. With this and the network outages Optus has got to be the WORST phone service.

Sign up to Optus if you enjoy unreliable services that randomly shut off at any given time, a support team that can take hours to fix your technical issues but a sales team that will pick up immediately trying to lock you into the next iPhone plan. I've been an optus customer forever, but the recent changes to customer service, the quality of items such as the "new" modem. I won't be looking to continue services, and you should look elsewhere also.
