I have been with optus for many years. Any time I had a problem, upgraded, changed address, it has been sorted quickly.

Why am I taken out of the app to recharge and asked to fill in my details when the app already has that information? The website also says you can pay via the app. The app should have my recharge and payment method already memorized and I log in with my fingerprint??? Who to trust what to trust!!!! I never asked to join an fling beta program!

Be aware, if your bank issues you a new card their aggressive card security may lock you out completely. Which sounds good, until you realize that there's nothing they can do about it, it's been 5 days now, and I'm still locked out, and I've been In touch with them every day, and verified myself twice. They did gift me $95 worth of data, keeping in mind I was only trying to purchase a $6 data day, so they do want to help, but the system upper management has in place makes them powerless to help.

0 stars! Stolen info, from the app! This app is very, very bad, I used the messaging section and someone from in the app stole my data! Just to set up a Sim and help on my account! Directly from the app! Immediately next day unauthorized transaction on my card! Never ever have had such bad security. Optus has serious system security problems!

I don't know what plan I was put on I wanted to ask for help under financial hardship. I spent 4 days talking to someone with a strong accent I could hardly understand and ended up paying more. It has been a very stressful experience. I only wanted help under hardship and got a bill for $197 which I can't afford. Can I now apply for discount under hardship? I don't know what's happening. I'm very stressed.
