Bad customer service in emergency situations & low security! My wife's Optus account has been hacke d 9 days ago as she received one time code and then couldn't log in to her Optus account! so-called Optus to notify and regain her access! After 1 hour waiting and transferring the call, Optus customer service limited her online activity for more security for 3 months and A case manager was Supposed to call us!... yesterday her phone got out of service and her my Gov and PayPal were hacked promptly!

Now in last few hours Optus has taken my data, why l like know, stop ripping myself off totally, I've screenshot my data in the application so lm contacting ombudsman, no l do not want to email your blocked as l done email l stated that then forced to give it, no you do not needed it, ombudsman service most definitely, screenshot proves you took data, up scam always when lm busy, l have ad data just use apps, not very happy Optus put my data back on my account today stealing of customer

Very disappointed. The new update now has force quit the app every time I go to open it. It doesn't even open now. I've troubleshooted, I've even uninstalled and re-installed and nothing. Fix this. Update: you ask me if I have the latest software update? Yes of course I do. I updated my phone before I updated this app. It's your software that's the issue. Fix this. I will not go quiet, you can fix this issue publicly.
