I've been with Optus since the late 1990s, never ever had a problem and were my mate's going Bush with" you know who" and can never get Reception Haha Optus all the WAY, even had Optus tv back in the day... Hello please where my roll over 119 GB data, like Nelly 4 months to fix your application, now you take my roll-over data, no joke on contacting ombudsman service once again, please stop sending email stating pay my bill what bill lm per paid total. Second email is to be removed, by law you need anything other than myself paying per paid credit voucher. Optus should just bring back voucher so l wouldn't need use my bank account, as soon as l can l changing mobile servicersmost definite

Been with optus for quite a while but recently needed to replace my modem, after 8 hours of messages and 9 different clown was told modem would be sent.clowns sent to wrong address, tried 2 days later got 5 different clowns .so called to fix address was told was being sent.nothing since, am I cancelling this service just clowns. So now they want me to contact the Care team, that's a laugh why would I want to get messaging for 8 hours again.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

WORST TELCO EVER. Warning, Danger, scam company. Even the customer service officers scam you! Ask for a manager, and they put on a friend instead! When I mentioned the OMBUDSMAN they then offered a manager!!!!! This is a scam, and they have all your personal details so do not trust them. Avoid Optus like it is contagious.
