As some reviews have stated. Tells user to press power button and of course the phone turns off. My 1-week-old phone is supposed to be faulty. The app doesn't allow users to retry the test. Use at own risk!

Every time I've tried to enter in my phone number and postcode to get started, it comes up with "Something went wrong, please try again"... I've tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and trying it with Wi-Fi or data. Nothing is working. Please fix this, I need to upgrade.

This app is as slow as their broadband 4g or 5G, I'm very disappointed with their mobile reception at my new location Grandstand and Medowie NSW. Ay my old location Kings wood was excellent, I'm in no way keen about their NBN setup as it's overpriced but more SLoW. Out of five broadband options, Optus appears to be number 3 out of five, however, they claim different

I would certainly rate the app but unfortunately - like much of the Sing Tel output - it is lacking in key functionality. In a word: hadly anything works Like much of Sing Tel's offerings, hardly anything works as you'd expect: I had the Optus Taree 2489 (?) office install the app on my mobile yesterday morning and was assured I could do almost anything now from my mobile - NOT SO, dear Optus staff! Hardly anything works as expected! I wanted to upgrade my plan to a business plan - s failed!
