This app is the best to use. Thank you! Comment while using the Scan QR option on Washier pro, there is no option to select a QR code image from my gallery. Other banking apps provide this functionality. If there were an option to upload a QR code from the gallery, I would be able to make payments remotely using QR images. Also, how can I generate my account QR code to share with other people, so they can make payments to my account?

The Fayda linking process was disappointing and tedious to say the least. I had to link it basically 2 times. Once by a tailor and once by the sms link, and I still have not been able to use my account. Every other bank flawlessly worked with Fayda.

The app's overall user interface is very poorly designed, and the user experience is highly frustrating. Specifically, the app completely freezes and fails to submit support tickets. I attempted to log an urgent ATM dispute multiple times, but it repeatedly displayed an error saying "your issue isn't inserted, check the data" before crashing. Please fix these performance glitches, form bugs, and improve the general interface design immediately.
