We are currently staying in sherwood hot tub luxury caravan pet friendly for 3 nights. The place is the absolute pits, filthy with mold on curtains and mattress, carpets, and flooring filthy. The decking is filthy, and mattresses are just springs with thin cotton covering. The sofa bed has a 2-inch stinking mattress. outside the caravan is just as bad with cigarette buts all around the caravan, cobwebs around the rails of decking. I'm tired so going to try and sleep on the spings

When on the site the app doesn't work, so you are unable to book activities as none of the yellow buttons on the app load to the next page.

I'm disabled and told it was dedicated parking and the cottage we have been assigned isn't. We went to reception on arrival and queried this but had nothing else available and didn't put themselves out too much to help. I would describe the cottage as ok, again the bathroom is very awkward to get wheelchair in and out. The cottage could also do with a bit of alternance ie broken kitchen cupboard broken rail in wardrobe and other things a bit of attention to detail would we appreciated.

Not able to use most of the holiday even when connected to park Wi-Fi in the complex. Ended up booking swimming on the link from an email because this didn't work.
