Awful app, keep getting error message so can't see upcoming bookings, have uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting oops error message, have emailed my account manager but haven't heard back either.

Cottages now forcing app-only property image alterations is a cynical ploy to inflate their installations. This feature worked fine on the website before; now I must move high-res PC photos to a phone just to fumble with a tiny screen. Worse, you can't "change" photos, only request deletions and re-add, with no way to rearrange the order. Meanwhile, their competitor (rhyming with "Bikes") allows easy management via a web portal. This is the final straw. I’m switching to a company that values my time.

Have to log in every time on the app! Since the last update I have to log in every time I want to access the app, this is most frustrating, please change it back that I can remain logged in
