AynPause is a simple 20-20-20 eye break reminder for people who spend long hours on phones, tablets, and screens.
It reminds you to look about 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes, even while other apps are open.

The 20-20-20 rule is commonly suggested for digital eye strain: after 20 minutes of screen use, look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds. AynPause turns that small habit into a gentle Android reminder.

REMINDERS WHILE OTHER APPS ARE OPEN
AynPause uses Android alarms and notifications to remind you during long screen sessions. You can be reading, watching videos, studying, gaming, browsing social media, or working in another app, and the reminder can still appear when notifications are allowed.

FAST 20-SECOND BREAK TIMER
Tap Start 20s from the notification or open the Break tab. The large countdown helps you hold the pause without guessing. Look away from the screen, focus farther away, blink slowly, and return when the timer finishes.

FLEXIBLE SETTINGS
The classic rhythm is 20 minutes and 20 seconds, but every routine is different. AynPause lets you choose shorter or longer reminder intervals and break durations. You can also turn sound or vibration on or off.

CALM BY DESIGN
AynPause is not a busy wellness dashboard. It is a quiet helper for one important habit. The home screen shows whether reminders are on, when the next reminder is expected, how many breaks you completed today, and your all-time break count.

OFFLINE AND PRIVATE
AynPause does not require sign-in, cloud sync, mobile data, or internet access. Reminder settings and completed break counts are stored locally on your device. The app has no ads, no analytics, no in-app purchases, and no internet permission.

You stay in control of your local data. You can clear saved history in Settings, and uninstalling the app removes its local data from the device.
