- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: send alerts on Android 13+ (optional)
- SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: schedule predicted outage alerts
- WAKE_LOCK: keep background sync reliable
- BATTERY_STATS: local battery-state checks for charging reminders
- ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: requested only if you tap "Detect my location" during setup; used once to suggest area; coordinates are not stored or sent to app servers (optional)
