Description

On demand public transport is a new service being trialled in the Northern Rivers and Ballina that makes travelling around convenient, safe and reliable.

B-ConX will transport passengers in Alstonville/Wollongbah and Chilcotts Grass/Goonellabah to a place of interest or transport hub, to connecting with services in the Ballina or Lismore areas.

Operating hours:

Monday to Friday 6:45am – 6:00pm
Saturday 7:45am – 2:15pm
No Services Operate Sunday & Public Holidays

To get started today simply download the app, create an account and start travelling your way, when it suits you.

All buses are wheelchair accessible. Customers with wheelchairs or who require added assistance will be picked up/dropped off at their home.

Fares on B-ConX will align with connecting bus services.

Payment will be made direct to the driver.

When booking your trip, you will be able to choose from:

- points of interest
- a location of your choosing within the service area
- or a service connecting you to Lismore or Ballina

Doesn't work on s5 Samsung Galaxy. Doesn't allow entry of destination. Sure is tough they had to take out the 685 bus line to uni because now there's no public transport for me to SCU Lismore before 9am. Defo not the future of public transport right now.
