Got me up close to my entrance on a rainy day, it's not supposed to, and im spending less than Uber, Less than lyft, and I'm especially not going all through town to get to my appointments. I'm loving it, just know your way around town, for ur locations.

Every driver has a positive attitude && good on having a conversation if one is sparked up. They are really nice people to ride with. I love their energy they be having. They are fun to be around. They even make my day when I go out into town somewhere.

Many rides are hardly, if ever, on time. I'll order a beeline and then will wait up to 30 minutes past the pickup time. Will be picked up in an empty beeline and others will still be dropped off before me, even if my location is near and will change my pickup location. Overall, not a very fun experience

Doesn't run in knights landing seven days a week. I work all week just to have free time on Saturday and be STUCK in knights landing. Ridiculous. Woodland gets service all week, but don't they already have a regular bus? This STINKS. Please update this feature.

Customer service is horrible SOME of the beeline drivers are late and get upset when you don't want to wait outside on a cold dark rainy night and say "You guys know you should be here before the beeline is here." but it's the drivers that are CONSISTENTLY bad like being in the wrong spot, getting to the pickup 1–2 hours late and getting mad when I'm not waiting outside in horrible weather patiently like some dog. This is supposed to be "convenient" and "on demand" SO DO WHAT YOU ADVERTISE.
