Ride Oswego County is an origin-to-destination specialized transportation service, operating in and around Oswego County.
Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible and are operated by specially-trained drivers. Whether you want to run an errand, visit a friend, or need reliable transit to recurring events (work, appointments, etc.), this service will get you there!
HOW IT WORKS: - Book a ride on your smart phone by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. You may also call a booking agent to book your trip over the phone. - Select the preferred pickup window for when the vehicle will arrive. You’re expected to be ready at any time during that pickup window. You’ll receive one automated call or text reminder for each trip you have scheduled, two days before your trip. - We’ll give you an automated call or send you a text notification when we’re nearby. - When your driver arrives, they will wait up to 5 minutes at your pickup location. If they arrive early, they will wait until the start of your pickup window, and then wait another 5 minutes. - If applicable, please pay your fare to the driver when you board the vehicle. Note that the driver does not have change. - There may be others on board, and you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app.

Such a good idea!!! This ride could really change someone's life. Whether it be for work, or getting groceries, putting together a bday party for someone you want to feel special. Saves time. Saves monies for person or persons taking the ride. I've definitely spread the word to many whom I think could greatly benefit from this really awesome service.

This app is absolutely terrible, I have tried so many times to schedule a ride and it either A refuses to give me a ride because "no availability" or B they only have something available hours before I have to get out of work....for such a helpful app just seems funny that it never has availability to help get back and or forth to work

Driver William Bus #238 shows up to wrong address, they went to 7 Birch ln bld 29, instead of 29 birch lane. Previous drivers told me not to approach bus when it goes to Brandon wood they NEED follow GPS, so I watch him from my back door, soon as he leaves I go out front to wait, doesn't pull around to my address, I call and explain multiple times he went to the wrong address, finally she says there's nothing I can do about it, he had to move on, like TELL HIM TO TURN AROUND! Now very late to work
