The experience was great it was wonderful only thing I do not like about it is I got dropped off to my appointment but when I got done with my appointment I got onto the journaled app, and I wanted to get a ride back home no I wanted to get a ride to dorr and Collingwood from where I was at, and it wouldn't let me I don't know if there's certain routes that you can only go, but I couldn't get a ride to where I needed to go I had to take it back home

Please make it easier to put the in apartment numbers, suite numbers etc. There should be a way to not have to fill it in under special directions each time.

I had a very hard core time with this app. I try putting in my destination of where to go from home, & it keeps saying out of the zone. I have an appointment to go to on the destination I put in. This issues needs to be rectified asap. Thanks.

I scheduled a ride 24 hrs ahead of time, and somehow, my time was switched, I had to go to work and would have been late because somehow my time got switched I called 7:15 in the am only for an automatic message to say they are closed, But they are supposed to be open at 7:00this is unprofessional at its best . One day a bus never came I was outside for 2 hrs stuck downtown at night.you all need to do much better by people . We rely on this service (the public) like to come on. Do better please

The map is not reliable. I have seen the eta jump from 12 minutes to 17, 13 minutes to 12 minutes then 15 minutes. The point of an ETA for me personally is to make sure I am ready and at the door at least 3 minutes before the arrival.
