Absolutely terrible. Our company switched to this, and it was a horrible decision. Our apple phone users have had better success than those with Android platforms, but everyone has had issues with it. You cannot text pictures. Everyone I call seems to have difficulty hearing me and everyone else in the office when they use their app. A lot of times I will not even realize I have a message unless I open the app. Cant wait til we can get out of our contract.

This app is horrible. It never seems to work right. I can see calls coming in, but it barely ever connects properly. Same thing for outgoing calls.
