Consistently have problems with this app. Sometimes it rings once, then goes directly to voicemail. When making outgoing calls, the other person can't hear you. Also, the reception is really bad. Had to uninstall and reinstall, and it still doesn't work well.

Absolutely terrible. Our company switched to this, and it was a horrible decision. Our apple phone users have had better success than those with Android platforms, but everyone has had issues with it. You cannot text pictures. Everyone I call seems to have difficulty hearing me and everyone else in the office when they use their app. A lot of times I will not even realize I have a message unless I open the app. Cant wait til we can get out of our contract.
