Words cannot describe how amazing this app is. Makes my inner geek go berserk. Really helps you gain an intuitive feel for how artificial neural networks are structured logically, and has great samples for those who quickly want to test proof of concepts. The XML and csv import / export tool is also actually really useful. The author has also written a pretty comprehensive manual to help users learn all the concepts used in the app, which has greatly assisted my learning. Many thanks to the author for this great app.

Unfortunately I unfortunately have to rank this one poorly, it is a good idea, but give the user a bit more freedom in settings of the net. At least of how the net should look like, single layered, multilayer etc.
