The app shows all information but to use the actual points, it's unintuitive and made, so you cannot actually redeem them. For example, if you'd like to upgrade your ticket from 2nd class to 1st class for free, it sends you to the ticket search but only for 1st class tickets, so you cannot even buy the 2nd class ticket to upgrade. All of these points redeem features should exist within the db navigator app and not on some clunky app that is only there to make it more confusing for people. 1/5

The app suddenly logged me out and upon login tells me my account does not exist. I'm not able to use my points and status anymore.
