Comments on Balzac's Coffee Roasters for Android

★★★★★ Great coffee, app makes ordering super convenient, what's not to love? Ps hope a Balzac's location opens in Mississauga soon!!

★★★★★ Really great for using gift cards, don't need to worry about holding on to them anymore.

★★★★★ I would have left a 5, but I can't add a Splenda to my Latte .the rest. It is a good app

★★★★★ My go to since it originally appeared in St. Catharines, Stratford and Niagara Falls over 15 years ago. No other compares.

★★☆☆☆ Love Balzac's coffee but hate this app. It is extremely difficult to redeem points in store. Since I installed Android 14, the app keeps crashing when I try to select Scan to pay for an in store purchase.

★★☆☆☆ The app kept asking for Location access to be enabled and wouldn't let me log in as I don't normally have that on unless I'm using GPS as it drains the battery. Please fix this problem.

★★☆☆☆ I just want to be able to collect loyalty points like I used to on my card. This app apparently will only do that if I pay via credit card or gift card? Frustrating bc I usually pay by cash. App is not useful for me.
