★★★★★ I prefer visiting my local BAM store. I prefer the personal interaction. Sometimes I'm unable to go so looking online is great and the online option offers additional books to research.

★★★★★ I've only listened to two books so far on this service, but it is perfect. Works fast. Sounds great. Provides me with all book information I want. Also, huge plus no ads. I will be getting a third book and if I find anything bad or surprise awesome I'll update this review.

★★☆☆☆ It won't let me log in, so I haven't got to use it. It said to check email or password (first time downloading) but when I go to log in it says incorrect password.😞

★★☆☆☆ I can't even log in. I copy and pasted my email and password from the website, and it doesn't work. I've tried alternatives too. My experience was a bust.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the app and haven't been able to use it yet, as it won't let me log in. It keeps giving me a message claiming an internal error.
