I transfer all my money from your cheap unprofessional system .just because of the low IQ uneducated operator who dare to talk to other like he own client. Many respectful bank are there.... shame on you. Wasted my time and money. You don't deserve people's trust.

I have been a Bangkok Bank customer for over 15 years, 4 accounts, credit card. As many know, we updated the app as mandated, facial recognition does not work especially on older phones like 2 years old. I had online banking through email for years, now I am told that the bank is no longer adding anyone online. At a main branch and spent over an hour of my time and your staff was unable to help me with the facial recognition mobile, told me to go home and try it! I will have to close accts.
