Please stop asking for location, I know it's for security reason, but not everyone are aware that not just your app alone can get the location data while it's attempted to ask, but other apps that where it was set to know location also know that, too!

You still are bad in 2026! I am in Thailand visiting with current passport info and your bank branch still said no. For international users, they have made it impossible to use the app on a new phone. Even native Thais are screwed. You have to visit a bank branch. Yeah a trip to Thailand to use their app on a new phone. And don't give me your 'security' excuse. It is BS.

I have been a Bangkok Bank customer for over 15 years, 4 accounts, credit card. As many know, we updated the app as mandated, facial recognition does not work especially on older phones like 2 years old. I had online banking through email for years, now I am told that the bank is no longer adding anyone online. At a main branch and spent over an hour of my time and your staff was unable to help me with the facial recognition mobile, told me to go home and try it! I will have to close accts.
