Great job you guys, the August 2026 made the installation and registration go smoothly on both my Android phones. Despite the first phone is not set to the Thailand region (but has a Thai SIM card). The second phone has the region set for Thailand, but has a non-Thai SIM card. IMPORTANT You must have plenty of light when doing the facial scan, such as sitting in the shade to bright sunshine. Previous attempts before the August update were impossible, even the staff in my branch gave up.

You still are bad in 2026! I am in Thailand visiting with current passport info and your bank branch still said no. For international users, they have made it impossible to use the app on a new phone. Even native Thais are screwed. You have to visit a bank branch. Yeah a trip to Thailand to use their app on a new phone. And don't give me your 'security' excuse. It is BS.

Not allowing this app to run on a Graphene OS phone because of "security reasons" means your developers don't know anything about security. For this reason we are moving both our private and company accounts to a more secure bank after 10 years of using Bangkok Bank.
