Easy to use interface, app only accepts emoji keyboard for input, easy to access using fingerprint, easy to reset password in app

Unable to transfer funds online. The additional otp after fingerprint verification to open the app is too much hassle & delay.

Great at balance inquiry, other than that nothing else. it's been two days since I cannot transfer my fund in any of my other bank accounts, and it always appears invalid transaction, it is sooooo frustrating! Before that your OTPs expired after 5 minutes, but then I always receive the OTP in 7 minutes minimum therefore rendering your OTP useless as your app! Change your ITs now!

Bank transfer does not work and login are always invalid. Password resets always do not work. Always getting locked out of the account for no reason at all.
